2015 No2Six6 + BLANK + Elephant in the Room

The pinnacle of navigating and designing the No2Six6 Theory was creating BlankCanvs: Verluxe Dollhouse and the Gallery 35 event at Leo Burnett.

We hosted, in-house, displaying the collection of incredible work we had received and enabled Creative Leaders throughout the company to interact with talented non-traditional creatives who had previously not even considered advertising a possible profession.

As part of our continuing effort to keep conversation going on the subject of diversity in advertising, we teamed up with MAFA Chicago. Together, we enticed our ad/marketing peers using a series of teaser clips, took over MAFA Chicago's social media channels and started a buzz.

We did not reveal the full topic of the discussion, only referred to The Elephant in The Room. The discussion then focused on the definition of Minority vs Diversity, how we could alter these current definitions and make changes in our everyday interactions on both micro and macro levels.

At the close of the discussion, participants received takeaways - tiny reminders to each person to work towards change and affect in small ways, every day.
